his How to Deliver Cardio Tennis course is ideal for coaches who are looking to add cardio tennis to their club or programme. During this practical workshop you will gain the skills and confidence to run fun, inclusive workouts that combine tennis drills with fitness, helping players improve their health, enjoy the social side of the game, and experience tennis in a fun, energetic environment.
During the course, you will:
Get ready to provide a high-intensity, fitness-inspired version of tennis coaching that will appeal to a wide variety of current and new players.
In order to fully complete your training, and for insurance purposes, you must also complete the How to Deliver Cardio Tennis (Supplementary Online Unit) The online training is £10 and is worth 1 credit.

For Court Craft RA / SC, please apply no later than 14 days before the start of the course / workshop / online learning to allow the team to assess the application and give the required support.
