Event Description
The LTA Competition Organiser Course is a 3-hour online workshop designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and confidence to run local Grade 6 and 7 tennis competitions.
Hosted by experienced LTA referees and tournament organisers, this workshop offers a valuable learning experience for coaches, volunteers, parents, teachers, club members, and anyone looking to expand the range of competitions offered at their venue.
During this course you will learn:
- The LTA competition framework
- How to run a competition; from taking entries, creating draws to submitting results
- Formal and informal competition formats
- Tips on creating the best competition experience
Reasonable Adjustments and Special Considerations

It is important to note, if the RA/SC is required pre-course (for LTA Readiness Tests, for example) or post (LTA Summative assessments), this must be applied for separately with the LTA. The relevant links for the different processes are included in the how to apply guides above.
For Court Craft RA/SC, please apply not later than 14 days before the start of the course/workshop/online learning, to allow the team to assess the application and give the required support.

Court Craft has strong links with the relevant County Associations within our jurisdiction. The County Associations have a range of coach support, including grants.
