The LTA Padel Instructor (Level 2) is a five-day qualification (split into four core training days and one elective). This qualification is designed to equip candidates with the skills and confidence to expand their knowledge of padel coaching, enabling you to lead in the delivery of group coaching.
The coaching pathway for padel is in development. The LTA Padel Instructor (L2) is the current entry point to the pathway.

Course duration and structure:
This qualification is made up of two separate elements – Training and Assessment
Training: Four days of face-to face (plus one elective) training time, separated by a minimum of four weeks (to provide time for eight hours of work experience and time to complete coursework)
Coaches can choose from one of the two elective options: Coaching Kids Padel or How to Coach the Double Glass.
Training prerequisites: For optimal course quality and impact, the LTA Padel Instructor has prerequisites to ensure that the course demands are aligned with your existing knowledge and skills. For LTA Padel Instructor, these are:
Assessment: Final assessments are booked and paid via the LTA. Final assessments are conducted using a real-life lesson of your choice, at a venue of your choice. Assessments are recorded by you and then submitted virtually by video upload. For more details, please see the LTA Assessments page.

For Court Craft RA / SC, please apply no later than 14 days before the start of the course / workshop / online learning to allow the team to assess the application and give the required support.
