This Coping With Coaching workshop is designed to help coaches not just cope with the demands of their role—but truly thrive in it. You’ll leave feeling more confident, more energised, and better equipped to handle the real challenges of coaching.
Coaches are performers – and just like the people they support, how they think, feel, and show up day to day matters.
In this interactive 2-hour workshop we’ll explore the realities of the coaching role, and learn ways to sustain your energy and motivation in the face of challenges.
During the course, you will:
Led by Dr Callum Gowling—Director of Liquid Sport Psychology, TEDx speaker, and university lecturer in Sport & Exercise Psychology. With 15 years’ experience as a tennis coach, alongside his work as an LTA mental skills content developer and ITF CSSR researcher, Callum blends science with real-world coaching to deliver practical, impactful insights to help you thrive in your coaching.
Coaches who attend this workshop are eligible to apply for 2 LTA CPD credits through online learning.
